Keerti—the name itself means popularity. For Keerti Reddy her name was supposed to do the trick. This Bangalore bred, shy and innocent schoolgirl started career at the tender age of seventeen, while she was studying in Bangalore's Jiddu Krishnamurthy School. Coming from a family of politicians, Keerti always wanted to become a part of the glamour world. She learnt Bharatnatyam for eight long years and had some basic training in classical Karnatic music and classes in diction and voice modulation.

And Keerthi was back in South.
