Nikitha is born on July 6, 1981 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Like all famous heroines, she was in modeling field. She made her debut in Malayalam film ‘Kaiyethum Doorathu’ in 2002. Till today, she acted in 3 Malayalam movies, 11 Telugu movies and 5 Kannada movies. She acted in 2 Tamil films viz. Kurumbu(2003), Chatrapathi(2004), before Saroja in 2008. Another project ‘Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikalam’ directed by Gautam Menon started in 2007 is yet under filming stage (Ofcourse Trisha is doing female lead role in this film along with 4 debut Heros).
After her becoming famous in Saroja with that item number, she expected lot of offers but it did not happen.
